The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, nestled in a beautiful building with an excellent view of downtown. The staff are competent, and we liked them. The room is pet-friendly, newly remodeled, and includes central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The location is unbeatable and excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from the Spokane Convention Center. It's also a short walk to downtown, the Spokane Arena, and a restaurant. Thanks for the really nice stay!

The hotel is in an excellent area close to downtown restaurants, shopping, the riverfront, and AMC theaters at Riverwalk. The room was clean, updated, and overlooks the city. The location is wonderful and just a short walk away from Pavilion. A really great stay overall.

The hotel is located in a very nice area close to downtown restaurants, downtown, and the Spokane Arena. The rooms are very clean and updated, with particularly nice bathrooms. The location is beautiful and within a short walking distance to everywhere.

Kyle and Paul were so kind and helpful. We loved the patio and enjoyed hanging out there! We highly recommend this hotel!

Very attractive building, great location close to Riverside Park.

I thought the breakfast was extremely mediocre. Eggs were watery, bagels were like cardboard, and the selection of fruits seemed minimal. I realize it is included at no extra charge, but I thought it was worth no more than I paid for it.

I've stayed at this hotel twice and I will definitely keep coming back. The rooms are nicely furnished and always very clean. The hotel's location is perfect, right near downtown and just a block away from the Gonzaga campus. It's a nice walk to downtown, and the property is well lit at night. The beds are extremely comfortable and the floors are quiet. The breakfast selection is also great, and the dining and sitting areas are very pleasant and clean. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the staff managing breakfast are friendly and efficient. it's excellent value for the money.
